Swedish massage.

Many people need deep tissue massage only in specific areas and not throughout their entire body. The pressure of this massage usually runs from firm to very heavy.
Hot stone massage.
This massage method uses smooth flat heated stones that are placed on specific parts of the body. Stones are also used as a tool combined with Swedish massage techniques such as using circular movements and long flowing Strokes. Most of the work is done using hot stones some follow up with specific hand massage work can be extremely beneficial. The pressure of this massage can be light to heavy.
